ICC UK Arbitration Event

ICC UK Arbitration Event - Insights into ICC Dispute Resolution Services

Date: 21 February 2012

This event will give an inside-track on the various Dispute Resolution Services that ICC provides for its users.

Featuring an initial overview from Hannah Tuempel (Manager, ICC International Centre for ADR), the seminar will look at the different ICC Dispute Resolution services; how they work; and how they can be used as an alternative or complement to arbitration.

Chaired by Philip Haberman, Ernst & Young, the seminar will cover issues such as:

  • What function does the ICC Dispute Resolution Services Team play in managing cases?
  • How can ADR and Expertise proceedings be used in arbitration proceedings to enhance the attainment of the dispute resolution process?
  • What is the relationship between ICC arbitration and other dispute resolution services?
  • ICC Dispute Boards – characteristics and benefits
  • Use of expertise

We hope you and your colleagues will be able to join us for this seminar.
